Duke ulur n\u00eb tryeza t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta dhe duke trajtuar tema t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore si nj\u00eb motorr zhvillimi lokal, k\u00ebto pun\u00ebtori jan\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur bashk\u00ebpunimin n\u00eb nivel insititucional dhe personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar m\u00eb gjer\u00eb tem\u00ebn e vlerave dhe interpretimit t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb pun\u00ebtorit\u00eb u drejtuan nga Mirian Bllaci, Zv-drejtor i CHwB Albania dhe e ekspertja e interpretimit, znj. Dorina Xheraj Subashi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre pun\u00ebtorive fokusi u vendos mbi tem\u00ebn ky\u00e7e t\u00eb vlerave n\u00eb kontekstin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore, duke u ndalur gjithashtu edhe n\u00eb aspekte konkrete t\u00eb siteve objekt t\u00eb projektit n\u00eb secilin qytet, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb Muzeu Etnografik i Kavaj\u00ebs, Muzeu Etnografik i Kruj\u00ebs, Ura e Kurcajve dhe Kalaja e Bashtov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb pun\u00ebtorit\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb trajt\u00eb m\u00eb praktike, me disa seksione pune n\u00eb grup, shembuj dhe trende t\u00eb interpretimit n\u00eb kontekstin e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, diskutime dhe prezantime mbi aplikimin n\u00eb mjediset rrethuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cikli i rradh\u00ebs e pun\u00ebtorive do t\u00eb ndalet n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr tem\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e \u201cEdukimit mbi dhe p\u00ebrmes trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb\u201d me nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr eksperte t\u00eb fush\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the cycle of workshops, each of the cities will have its own educational model, co-created by the stakeholders thanks to this process, and thanks to a methodology that can be used further by the latter and for the creation of models of others similar and meaningful in their contexts.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cHeritage Empowering and Learning Platforms\u201d project has completed the first round of workshops from the 2nd to the 4th of November 2022 in Kavaja, Kruja and Rrogozhina.
