Stories lived and narrated by women coming from different walks of life – ALL IN ONE BOOK.
This is the final product of the project Cultural Herstory, a collaboration between Cultural heritage without Borders Albania and US-based partner “Focus Point”, part of the Communities Connecting Heritage program of the Department of State, implemented through World Learning.
Women from USA and Albania exchanged experiences between them by telling individual stories on how they use cultural traditions to provide for themselves and their loved ones. Cultural Herstory documented these individuals to inspire and advocate for the value that preservation of heritage can bring to a community’s daily life.
