BIOGRAFIA

I have always been fascinated by how to engage people in the process of learning – to create meaning, an understanding of the world and our place within it. This has been a theme in my career as a teacher, trainer, television programme maker and for the past twenty years – working in the cultural sector. I work for National Trust and freelance, where my focus is on transformational change, activating the power of heritage to do good in new and exciting ways. This involves working on projects with both capital and public programmes. My expertise is in leading teams from concept to delivery and creating business and operating models that sustain the benefits post-project. I am a Fellow of the Clore Cultural Leadership Programme and the Royal Society of Arts.
